Fichimori, unique in its kind as a red “to drink cold”, is closely linked to the territory of origin, the Salento, called in the antiquity “The garden of Italy” for the richness and variety of its fruits. In fact, this wine owes its name to one of the most delicious fruits that grow in this area: the fig in the variety that is characterized by its purplish-red color so intense that it approaches black (“moor” in dialect).
