Château Fleur Cardinale

Ideea unui Château le-a venit soților Florence și Dominique Decoster la începutul lui 2000. Dominique tocmai ce vânduse afacerea cu porțelanuri Haviland și nu era neapărat încântat de ideea cumpărării unei vii. Cu timpul, însă, ideea a încolțit și în mintea acestuia, ajungând ca amândoi, iubitori de natură și pasionați de gourmet, să iubească noul plan. Ajunși pentru prima dată la Château Fleur Cardinale, localizat pe un platou calcaros la câțiva kilometri de Saint-Émilion, Florence și Dominique au fost încântați de frumusețea locului și de împrejurimi, cumpărându-l în mai 2001.
