Strugurii provin din zona Marenca-Rivette din comuna Serralunga d’Alba.  SuprafaÈ›a totală cultivată aici este de 12ha, aflată la o altitudine de 300m peste nivelul mării. Produs pentru prima oară în 1988, trece printr-un poces de macerare de 3 săptămâni pe boÈ™tină, maturare 12 luni în “barriques” È™i 18 luni în butoaie mari de stejar. Cei mai buni ani au un potenÈ›ial de învechire de 40-50 de ani.
