Cu ocazia celebrării a 200 de ani de existenţă, crama Maison Billecart – Salmon a lansat un vin special, Champagne Billecart – Salmon Cuvee 200, un asamblaj de vinuri obţinute de pe 8 parcele Grand Cru, din regiunile Montagne de Riems şi Cote de Blancs. Vinurile folosite în asamblaj sunt excepţionale, din recoltele 2000, 2003, 2008 si 2012, de o “nobilă şi rară complexitate”, ce au fost atent selecţionate. Din acest vin au fost produse doar 1818 sticle Magnum, număr ce reprezintă anul apariţiei casei și 118  sticle Dublu-Magnum.
