Calitatea vinurilor a crescut și mai mult între anii 1976 și 1985 când au fost înlocuite tancurile mari în care se realiza fermentarea și instalate 60 de tancuri mici, ce permit vinificarea separată pe parcele individuale de vie de pe proprietatea Billecart. Acest lucru permite o mai mare atenție asupra cupajului final având control total asupra calitații fiecărui vin care intră în componența finală.
