On the occasion of celebrating 200 years of existence, the Maison Billecart – Salmon winery launched a special cuvee, Champagne Billecart – Salmon Cuvee 200, an assemblage of wines obtained from 8 Grand Cru parcels, from the Montagne de Reims and Cote de Blancs regions. The wines used in the assembly are exceptional, from the 2000, 2003, 2008 and 2012 harvests, of a “noble and rare complexity”, which were carefully selected. Only 1,818 Magnum bottles were produced from this wine, a number that symbolizes the year the Champagne house was founded, and 118 Double-Magnum bottles.
